How VBWLD AI handles your data

This Privacy Policy explains how Vonenzo Baschello ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use VBWLD AI and its content tools (including the Clip Studio publishing dashboard) available at vonenzobaschello.com (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

VBWLD AI is an independent creator tool operated by Vonenzo Baschello, a music producer and content creator based in South Africa. The Service helps a creator turn their own long-form videos into short clips and publish those clips to social platforms the creator connects and controls.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information. A username and a securely hashed password for logging into the dashboard, and an email address used only for account and security notifications.
  • Platform connection data. When you connect a social account (TikTok, YouTube/Google, Instagram or Facebook) we receive and store the access and refresh tokens that account's provider issues to us through their official OAuth flow, plus basic profile details the provider returns (such as your display name, account ID and profile picture) so we can show you which account you are publishing to.
  • Content you provide. The videos, clips, titles, descriptions, captions and hashtags you upload or generate in order to publish them.
  • Performance data. Aggregate statistics about content you have published (for example view, like, comment, save and share counts) that we retrieve from the connected platforms so you can see how your posts perform.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths) kept for security and reliability.

3. How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and operate the dashboard.
  • To publish, schedule and manage the content you choose to post to the platforms you have connected — acting only on your instruction and on your behalf.
  • To retrieve and display performance statistics for your own posts.
  • To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not use your connected-platform data for advertising, and we do not build advertising or marketing profiles from it.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with the following platforms through their official APIs. When you connect an account you authorize us to act on your behalf on that platform. Your use of each platform also remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy:

We only send your content to a platform when you initiate a publish or schedule action for that platform.

5. How we store and protect your data

Access and refresh tokens are stored on our server in files with restricted permissions accessible only to the Service, and are never displayed back to you or shared with anyone other than the platform that issued them. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Access to the dashboard is protected by authentication. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Service.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The only parties that receive your data are the social platforms you yourself connect, and only to carry out the actions you request (such as posting a clip).

7. Retaining and deleting your data

You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from the dashboard's Connections panel; doing so removes the stored tokens for that platform. You may also request full deletion of your account and any associated data by contacting us at info@vonenzobaschello.com. We will action verified deletion requests promptly. Disconnecting or deleting does not remove content you already published on a platform — you manage that on the platform itself.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw your consent for any platform connection at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@vonenzobaschello.com.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adult content creators and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
