The rules for using VBWLD AI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VBWLD AI and its content tools (including the Clip Studio publishing dashboard) operated by Vonenzo Baschello ("we", "us", "our") at vonenzobaschello.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VBWLD AI is a creator tool that helps you turn your own long-form videos into short clips and publish those clips to social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook) that you connect and control. The Service acts on your behalf and only on your instruction.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You retain all ownership of the videos, clips and other content you provide. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to use, edit and publish that content, including any music, footage, trademarks or third-party material it contains. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, transform and transmit your content solely to deliver the features you use and to publish it to the platforms you select.
When you connect a social account you authorize the Service to publish and manage content on that account on your behalf through the platform's official API. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them, including:
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish and for ensuring it complies with the rules of each platform.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing or otherwise in violation of any connected platform's policies; to spam or artificially manipulate engagement; to attempt to breach or overload the Service; or to publish content you do not have the rights to distribute.
The Service itself, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Vonenzo Baschello and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as provided.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed, that platform APIs will remain available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Connected platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vonenzo Baschello will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or content, arising out of your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your platforms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
